Cofounder, Dave Beal has been teaching at Windsor High School for twelve years. He has been teaching art in public schools for twenty-eight. A graduate of the University of Hawaii, he taught on Oahu for a year before moving to Atlanta to start a family. He taught there for fifteen years at two Fulton County schools, receiving teacher of the year honors at both. He was also awarded the Georgia Elementary Art Educator of the Year by the Georgia Art Educators Association. He currently teaches two sections of introductory art, the focus area sections for the NUEVA School for the Performing Arts, and serves as the school's yearbook adviser.
John Richard [Social Studies Teacher] John Richards has been teaching at Windsor High School for four years. He began his career in education as a Social Studies teacher in the Nueva School for the Performing Arts. John graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts, and a Masters Degree in History, and completed the credential program in 2014. He currently teaches US History, Economics, and Government in the NUEVA School for the Performing Arts, and Nueva is so fortunate to have him in the program.
Cofounder and Program Coordinator of the Nueva School for the Performing Arts at Windsor High School, Allison Frenzel has been teaching for Windsor Unified School District for thirteen years. She was recently selected as the Region 1 Educator of the year for 2017 by the California League of High School Educators. She attended the Evergreen State College in Olympia Washington and graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in American Multicultural Studies. She will be completing an MS in Educational Technology program at CSUF in 2018. She began her career in education as a district intern at Windsor Oaks Academy and began teaching at Windsor High School in 2008 where she started Windsor High School's Dance program. In addition to teaching Dance and English for Nueva, she founded and continues to run the Redeeming Voices spoken word club and Student Voices arts advocacy club, and organizes the school's annual Cultural Anatomy and Fine Arts Showcase events. Allison is currently the lead in writing a District Arts Plan, and is the CTE coordinator for the district. Nueva School for the Performing Arts is an AME demonstration site for CDE.

Cofounder, Chris Vetrano worked in the field of education for eighteen years before retiring from her administrative position in 2015. She holds credentials in English, Art, Social Studies and Chemistry. Her Master's Degree in Education from Sonoma State University is in Curriculum and Instruction. Before coming to Windsor Unified, she taught in Santa Rosa City Schools where she started the successful ArtQuest program at Santa Rosa High School. In 1999 she joined the Windsor High School staff where she was an English teacher in the Digital Communications program for five years and was an administrator for seven years.
